All produce is certified by an independent certifying agency. Organic certification guarantees that all products are produced without the use of antibiotics, hormones, synthetic pesticides or commercial fertilizers. In addition all livestock must be reared in accordance with the most exacting environmentally friendly conditions.

Pork:

The pork may be purchased by the half or by the whole animal. An entire pork usually runs around 150-170  pounds. All pork is wrapped and frozen. Various cuts may be available individually, such as fresh or smoked pork roasts and chops [$4.65].

Pork sausage, Italian or Maple-garlic and Old Fashioned Farmer: $ 4.65 per lb

Half or whole: $ 3.00 per lb [must be ordered ahead]

Sunflower Oil - $ 10.00 per litre [Nusun variety..does not readily break down with heat]
Bulk price - 20 litre pail - $ 6.00 per litre with $ 5.00 deposit on pail
