Organic certification guarantees that all products are produced without the use of antibiotics, hormones, synthetic pesticides or commercial fertilizers. Pork:

The pork may be purchased by the half or by the whole animal. An entire pork usually runs around 150-170  pounds. All pork is wrapped and frozen. Various cuts may be available individually, such as fresh or smoked pork roasts and chops [$4.65].

Pork sausage, Italian or Maple-garlic and Old Fashioned Farmer: $ 4.65 per lb

Half or whole: $ 3.00 per lb [must be ordered ahead]

Sunflower Oil - $ 10.00 per litre [Nusun variety..does not readily break down with heat]
Bulk price - 20 litre pail - $ 6.00 per litre with $ 5.00 deposit on pail
